💬 1. Where do you deliver in the UAE?

We deliver to all cities and emirates across the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and more.

🚚 2. How long does delivery take?

Our estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days.

💳 3. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (if supported on your device)

🛍️ 4. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. You can use it to monitor your order status in real-time.

❌ 5. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only if the order has not been processed. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation.

🔁 6. Do you offer returns or refunds?

We only offer refunds if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Your order doesn't arrive within the maximum delivery window (10 working days)
